Machine Components & Construction
Frame plate vulcanizing press consists of hot plates, plates, up and down platforms, piston stroke, hydro-cylinder, hydraulic station, and electrical control system. Optional push-pull mould device available for moving moulds on the machine.
- Plates: Constructed from welded Q235 steel plates with mechanical ball blast rust removal, zinc-rich paint spraying, stress removal, and mechanical production
- Hot Plates: Made from 35# steel plates with normalizing treatment and double scale rolling, featuring electric control valves for automatic steam temperature adjustment
- Up/Down Platforms: Q235 steel plates with automatic cutting, mechanical slicer production, CO₂ gas shielded welding, alloy welding wire, and comprehensive heat treatment for stress removal
- Hydro-cylinder: ZG270-500 material with hard cold chilled alloy cast iron piston stroke, double sealing ring and dustproof ring combination for extended service life
- Electrical Control: PLC automatic control for mould closing/opening and gas exhaust, with manual control option
Quality Assurance
Before leaving factory, each vulcanizing press undergoes 24-hour pressure testing and pressure maintenance to verify hydro-cylinder and piston stroke bearing capacity, ensuring no oil leakage or seepage to prevent quality issues.
